Business Return Policy
You, the Client, can return a product if you find a manufacture defect in it. To do so, you must request from the Business an “Authorization for Return” within the limited time of 20 days after receiving your merchandise. If the Business, after verifying that there is a defect, accepts the return, it will notify the Client to return the product and will pay the costs of shipping and any other applicable fee. The Business desires to notify the client that every package mailed is sent at the Client’s own risk. Consequently, if a Product suffers damage during shipping, the Client must settle the matter with the shipping company. It is important to assure that all merchandise returned to the Business comes in its original condition, including all packaging material.
For every Client who finds himself within the continental territory of the United States of America (USA) and has made a purchase from the business from their distribution point within USA, the Business offers them a “Return Guarantee” for which it accepts to receive the majority of the products sold by the same, if the product purchased were not to their complete satisfaction. Stated return will be effected, if and only if, at the moment of returning the Product it is found as new and in perfect condition. If the Client does not accept to exchange their product for another and solicits their money to be reimbursed, we inform him every reimbursement is subject to a “reimbursement fee” which corresponds to 15% of the value of the Product bought and the reimbursement does not apply to the price paid for shipping.
For other Clients, it is impossible for us to offer this “Return Guarantee” or “the Reimbursement of your money” if the product is not to your satisfaction. However, if a Product has a manufacture defect, it may be returned to be exchanged for another product which is the same. To do so, the Client should proceed according to the Return Policy of the Business within the time indicated by the Business.
Exception: The present “Return Guarantee” does NOT apply to Products on SALE, due to the reduction of the original price of the same. The Products on Sale cannot be returned to be exchanged, nor reimbursed, nor used for credit for the Client either.
